    Default VERDAD's Basic AR15 class

Verdad Investigations and Protection has a BASIC AR 15 COURSE scheduled for December 4, 2011 in Cortland County. I completed this class this year and it was an excellent experience. I have been useing the AR 15 Plateform for over 20 years. I have had very little formal training with the AR15 and wanted to increase my knowledge and skills. I learned alot from the class. I have been practising the basic technics and I am seeing results. The education is excellent, the facility is awesome, and the burgers were wonderful. I have been at the VERDAD training facility a few times since this basic class and have had some great times. I have never seen a training facility and programs like what VERDAD offers anywhere in this area of NY. Pat Sacco and his team have brought a great shooting experience to our shooting community. Give him a call.

This is pretty much the same thing I've heard from anyone who has trained with Verdad. I'm looking forward to spring to get out to their facility to take a class.

I'm taking a class with Cope Reynolds out in New Mexico this April, but I've had two really good training experiences (live fire)

The first was with C. Robert McDowell - Bob's Guns in McKean Pennsylvania. I took his three evening basic handgun course, which had a combination of outstanding classroom instruction and some live fire. He's a nice guy, even though he seems like he's doing the "mean Marine" R. Lee Ermey bit... :)

The next was Gary LeRoux of Vermont Tactical, up near Franklin, Vermont. I took his Point Shooting class one day, and Tactical Carbine the next. He's really laid back, patient and ultra-safe, too. Not especially expensive, either.

Wax paper? Is that so your tongue doesn't stick to a cold receiver?

I think Pat Sacco at VERDAD can explain the wax paper thing better than me LOL.
