    It has been losing support every year in the Assembly and neither the Senate nor Cuomo wanted it in the budget.

    Remington's letter to the Gov might have been helpful? I'd like to think this will be the last time we have to deal with this nonsensical legislation!

    Anyone else find it odd that logic prevailed in Albany? Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely grateful. But have they all been replaced by giant pods?

    As hard as it is to believe, they can't all be crazy at the same time. Even Senator Schumer did something I appreciated once.
