    Default Suggest a small .380?

You folks who have carried pocket pistols - what model do you like? I have an LC9 that fits easily in my pocket but it prints pretty badly. I wonder if a thinner pistol might be available that wouldn't be quite so obvious.

My neighbor has a LCP and it is a jam-o-matic. He sent it back to Ruger two weeks ago because he cannot get it to run reliably. I had a .380 pocket pistol and sold it because I thought it was too small.

Too small to hold, or too small in caliber?

Too small to hold but I also think it is too small of a caliber. The next pocket gun I purchase will be a small revolver.

I love the LCR... but on the 380 side... I'd go with a Sig P238... Nice gun, small, yet not bad to shoot.

If I were to get a .380 again it would be the P238 with the rainbow colored finish on the slide. The gun is beautiful!

Now there's an idea. With the wad of keys I normally carry people probably wouldn't think anything was unusual if the lump was more cylindrical.

I have a friend that carries a revolver in his front pocket 24/7 and you can't tell at all. He keeps it in an inexpensive leather holster that pretty much hides the entire profile of the gun.

That's good to know. Maybe an LCR or the equivalent S&W would be a better choice.

I agree with you on the Sig P238. There are several at Gander Mountain and they all look nice. I'm partial to the rosewood grips.
