Mossberg 500 Red Dot/Reflex Sight

I have a brand new Mossberg 500 and wanted to get a red dot or reflex sight for it. What is the best quality sight I can get that isn't a million dollars. Obviously needs to be able to withstand the recoil and all that. I shoot a lot so the more rugged the better. I don't mind spending what is necessary because I want something that is going to last and not be a pain but I am not planning on invading North Korea so I don't want to spend a lot on some military quality sight that is way too advanced for my needs.
