Article 35, Use of Deadly Physical Force taught by a NYS Divison of Criminal Justice Services Certified Instructor. This is the same course taught to Law Enforcement Officers, who are required to carry a weapon in the performance of assigned duties.

Attendees will be given a test, which will be kept on record in compliance with Section 4616 Civil Practice Laws and Rules of the State of New York. This record of completion will be on file for criminal or civil defensive purposes should you have to use a weapon to defend yourself.
