The Palmer v. DC case will help finish off the remaining holdouts. Iowa is on its way to getting Shall Issue and Wisconsin is close as well.

I am in PA almost every week. Stopped into the sheriff's office in December, filled out a one page form, gave them my NYS permit, my NYS Driver License and $20......walked out 20 minutes later with a PA unrestricted, personal protection concealed carry permit...now I don't need to worry when I'm travelling the back roads....
